Kenosha Art Association! 

The KAA . . .

. . . is a nonprofit organization dedicated to art enrichment in the community, art education, and to visual artists of all kinds.
…is located in the S. E. corner of Wisconsin, specifically in downtown Kenosha
…offers art classes to adult and older teens in the Kenosha area.
…has fun events and art shows through out the year, offering an outlet for artists.
…hosts an annual Holiday Art Auction the second Friday in November, featuring donated works of art from local and national artists.
…donates scholarships to local art college students annually.
…has been in existence since 1950

REMINDER: SPRING ART EVENT
APRIL 5th, Saturday,
Kenosha Public Musem 1:00-4:00pm


All members of the KAA are invited to exhibit their collage, painting and/or sculpture at the annual spring show. Please bring a dessert or snack for the reception, platted please.Art Entries begin at noon.
The doors open at 1:00. The presentation begins at 2:00pm.
This year's Guest Speaker is Nick Cibrario, a local artist and writer. His power point presentation about his art work is called "A GLIMPSE INTO MY WORLD. Nick's painting and sculptures have been influenced by travelling to Italy and living among the Nepalese in the Himalayas. He is the author of "The Garden of Kathmandu Trilogy." His most recent novel is "Secrets on the Family Farm," set in Wisconsin.
Nick's art work has been well received at the Anderson Art Center, Kenosha Public Museum, and Wustum Museum. Please see his website for more information about his art and writing. www.pomelotree.com
