MOSAICS
with Pat Koesser
Learn the art of mosaics to make a beautiful flowerpot. Use different colored glass or broken ceramic pieces to create your own original work of art. You may bring dishware such as plates or cups to incorporate into your work.

Oil Painting

This is a beginning oil painting class that will teach you steps from stretching a canvas, to mixing colors creating textures and different styles of the oil painting process.

Beginning Fused Pendant Class
With Jill Montgomery
This hands on class is designed for fun!! You will make 2 or 3 projects, learning the basics of fused glass in the process. Patterns and ideas will be discussed. This is a great beginning class. No Experience necessary. Fired projects available one week later. You will finish by gluing on a magnet or pendent to the back of artwork.
Class fee includes all materials.

1 Day Beaded Jewelry Class

Have fun and learn the art of beaded jewelry. You will design and learn to wrap earrings. If time permits you can make a bracelet to match using wire to string beads, crimp and fasten closers. You can bring your own beads or purchase some from the instructor (cost of beads will depend on what you select for your project about $5.00 to $15.00).

Outdoor Watercolor Painting

Relax and enjoy watercolor painting outdoors at beautiful sites in Kenosha. Learn watercolor techniques, composition, painting water, textures, and floral. Class will meet at a different sites in Kenosha each week. Bring a container of water for mixing paint and cleaning brushes and a blanket or chair KAA has board for painting on.

Open Studio Night

This is an open studio format. Space is limited. Please call for info and to reserve your spot, it's first come first serve sign up.
Ongoing on Tuesdays

$5/hour for non members
Students may purchase clay at building for 0.75 a pound

Classes need to meet the minimum enrollment to run, so we strongly urge you to pre-register with payment. All KAA class are geared for adults: however, they are open to high school juniors and older.
