Annual Spring Art Event
on a Sunday, 1:30 - 4 p.m. at the Kenosha Public Museum
Held in the Daimler Chrysler Room on the First floor at the Kenosha Public Museum, located at 5500-1st Avenue. This event is open to the public and will feature an artist’s demo/presentation, an
art contest with 2-D and 3-D art on display to be judged that day. Ribbons and awards will be presented. Artists must be 18 or over and pre-register their artwork. Suggested Donation of $3 per person.

Annual Good Old Summertime Art Fair,
Civic Center Park in Kenosha. Located on Sheridan Road between 56th and 57th Streets This annual fundraising event is held in beautiful Civic Center Park in historic downtown Kenosha, a few short
blocks from Lake Michigan, and right on the trolley route. The event features around 100 vendors selling fine arts and crafts! There is live music by national recording artist and pianist, Kerri
Sherwood, and a variety of delicious foods available. An estimated crowd of 2000 - 3000 people come to this fair each year! Due to the overwhelming response to this year’s fair, Forms
for 2005 will not be available until December 2004.

The Festival of Arts and Flowers, Lincoln Park in Kenosha (22nd
Avenue and 72nd Street) The KAA participates in this event which is held by the Kenosha Unified School
District. We give awards for the school students' art and are a major sponsor of the event. We also have a display of art by adult art students who have taken our classes and award prizes to them. We do kid’s face painting at the event and also have artists giving demos of their specialties. Prizes and ribbons will be awarded. Katherine Turk
has volunteered to coordinate the KAA tent . Thanks Katherine! Volunteers are needed to help set up, to do art demos, booth sitting, and face painting. Any past KAA art class
student may bring art work to display!

Holiday Art Auction Fundraiser at the Woman’s Club This
annual fundraising event helps subsidize the KAA art classes. A Silent and Live Auction feature donated works of art in a variety of media by local artists. The Auction is open to the
public.Refreshments & Fun are guaranteed! Be on
the look out for a new and exciting twist to this year’s auction - Manikins! Questions or to donate art, call Pat at 262-694-4692.
