Guideline for Hanging Work in Galleries
Dear Artist Members and Friends,
Now that we have our art space, we would like to establish some guidelines for preparing art work for display, competition, exhibition or fairs. These guidelines apply to the KAA 5615 7th Ave gallery, the Spotlight Gallery at the Rhode and all the other venues where your art work will be displayed on behalf of the Kenosha Art Association. These guidelines are extremely important so that we may represent you, and therefore you representing the KAA, in the most professional and creative way possible. And we do not want your artwork to be damaged.
There will be special invitation mailings, flyers and announcements in the future and each will have it's own unique criteria but the attached document is standard guidelines that are required by most competitions, galleries, and other exhibit venues.
